You do not need to be present to win.

Eligibility Requirements

Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The winner must successfully pass a federal FBI background check.
Firearm will be transferred to the winner’s local FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer.
Winner is responsible for any and all applicable fees at their chosen FFL.
Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws is required. This Item is not California, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts or New Jersey Compliant
If the winner is found to be ineligible to own or receive a firearm, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
No cash or prize substitutions are permitted.
